Some parts of the grass and stone are in separate layers. I personally don't think those stages need two layers rips, since both layers combine each other into one image. I've put some examples below so you can see what do I mean.
The Super Bomberman games are of course perfect for easy rips since they're the same size as the emulator window. I guess you used vSNES for them?
