I Need Help Fixing a Unity Model Animation

Hey this is Cliffjumper38. And I need some help fixing a Unity animation because the parts of the prefab are at the wrong position, and I don't know how they made it normal in the game. Here's a video to compare the animation
So yeah, if you could help me fix this animation please tell me. This game is called Real Steel World Robot Boxing which was released by Reliance Games back in 2013.
