About the PC/Computer section on tSR.

Why is that on The Spriters' Resource, that when I go to the PC/Computer section, a majority of the games on there are visual novels and/or ecchi games? I see a lot of them, especially in the S category; so much so that I typically use the search function to look for PC games. Who's responsible for all these anime visual novel fanservice rips?
