The Pokemon are gonna be in the LA-Pokemon files, and if you check the first post, then you'll find Sneasler's number in the dropdown menu for Hisui- '9th' generation.
The basket itself will probably be in the items files, rather than in the pokemon files.

Nope, the ride pkm are actually own models, since they also use different materials/textures, animations and code, they are not stored in the pokemon folder.

They are stored in a gfpak named ride_pokemon.gfpak

In what folder is the gfpak?
