After decoding it with jpsxdec I got some strange colored files

How can I turn it into a model?

I found a tool that can extract models from. it's called CTR-Tools https://github.com/DCxDemo/CTR-tools
Also viewing the tim files from the game just gives you vram textures

Any chance you could guide me how I can extract models from CTR with CTR-tools? Or if you have extracted any, could you upload them on models-resource by any chance? I was banned from the Discord server and that Niko-frak refused to help.
