It's been a while since I posted, but I am looking for the methods used for extracting and compressing .pac and .xwb (.wma/.pcm) audio files for the PC version of BlazBlue Central Fiction.
I've been successful in changing music audio so far, but voice audio seems to be a whole different beast.
