So there's this deviantart user who managed to both rip out models from the Gameloft My little pony game and concert them into the obj format for Blender.

The question I have here is how is he able to do that and what is the process for extracting and converting these. I've managed to download the app and am thinking of giving a crack at ripping these myself and converyting them into obj files.
The second question is how to rip the vector images from the game. You know, the 2d cookie cutter side views of various characters featured in ther game
