.tmb file on Shantae and the Seven Sirens

Recently, I was trying to rip sprites from Scuttletown after extracting its ".pak" file, but all its .tex are kept inside a file format named ".tmb". I tried searching for many information on how to rip this format, but not many or little information was found on how to rip ".tmb"

If you have a found a way on how to rip this, please tell me on what tool I can use to rip the ".tmb" file.
