hello，Thanks for your work！I got the lono mod and import into blender but I found it dont have the mouth bone。Is the way I imported it wrong?or at this stage, I should create the mouth bone in blender

It's imported correctly, it's just that those models don't have face bones and instead have face morphs, and the Blender script currently doesn't have support for importing those.

the textures from hair > p0_hrs0018_gibsontuckf < are missing, as are a few other hair textures. I'm wondering if they are placed in other folders ( maybe NPC shared textures ? ) or something, or if they just haven't been ripped yet.

Those ones are shared textures, yeah. Those are all located in the "share" folder (packaged in "SV-TrainersSharedTex" in the collection), and you'll be looking for the following textures there:
