How do i open and Extract files from PFS file extension?

I don't think those tools work.
Noesis doesn't detect PFS file and LSPK-Extractor doesn't seem to work.
I happen to Archive the files here. i don't know if the files are even in PFS since this one is a chinese mobile game.
