Unusually for a Nintendo-published game, it uses the Unity 3D engine, which may make it easier to extract audiovisual resources from this game. I've only heard of one (or two) other Nintendo-published game, Jump Rope Challenge, that uses this engine, but all of that game's 2D sprites have already been ripped and uploaded. This other game I know of (3rd-party published by Raw Thrills, but Nintendo owns the copyright of) is the Nintendo Switch port of Cruisn' Blast, that I'm not sure of if any of this game's audiovisual resources have been ripped yet or not, but which I may get to later.
Previously, I've been considering to help in ripping 3D models from Fire Emblem: Three Houses, but that game uses one of Koei Tecmo's proprietary engines that uses several formats that may not be well-documented, which unfortunately discouraged me from doing so (but if I get help from someone else, maybe I can get back to doing this in the future). Unlike with Three Houses, where Koei Tecmo did most of the development, Engage has been developed wholly by Intelligent Systems (with outside help from a few other companies, but Koei Tecmo not being one of them).
However, hearing of this usage of Unity in such a high-profile game gave me motivation to consider starting my first ripping project for Engage - because the ripping process will likely be very similar to ripping assets from other games using Unity, and I can reuse whatever I learn during this process for other Unity games. I have already acquired this game's data files, but I'm not so sure of where to get started, especially since I use Ubuntu GNU/Linux, the process for this work will likely be different. I know of tools like AssetRipper and AssetStudio, but as both of these tools use .NET (which historically didn't have good Linux support until it was open-sourced), getting them to run on Linux distros may be a bit challenging. If I cannot complete any ripping process here, I can dual-boot to Windows to complete this. I'm also only interested in ripping the audiovisual assets for now; I'm not focused on modding Engage by modifying assets.
Spreadsheet containing lots of ripped resources, plus Google Drive links to other ripped assets (not made by me):

Having been a recent Fire Emblem fan influenced from the Super Smash Bros. games (Ultimate in particular), I've been thinking I could potentially make fan-games and fan-animations with these models, including the new characters introduced in Engage and the returning characters appearing via Emblem Rings (especially for those that appear in 3D for the first time), but that's not all I'm thinking of for potential use-cases.
As of this post, I have not yet found a dedicated page for this game for sprites and/or for models (unless I wasn't paying attention and they were made while I was away, in which case send me the links). If other people have ripped any assets for Engage that can be uploaded here, let me know and I can at least assist with uploading with anything that has already been ripped; I don't want to repeat efforts that other people may have already done. I'm all-new to ripping from commercial video games, as proprietary file formats that are often found in them have often discouraged me from committing to such ripping projects. so I may need lots of help at first. For those interested, thanks for helping me out.
I am also quite new to the whole ripping thing, and have managed to do a bit. I don’t have much time in general, but I am trying my hardest to rip these assets. Honestly, people do need to get together and create a place to dump all of these models. I have gotten a bit out of the game, but am still struggling with a lot of the models. So I would be all in if people could get together to extract the 3D models from FEE.
