Thanks for that info! If you wouldn’t mind sending it here or maybe shoot me or KingYoshi a PM on how to exactly get the models from the memory/cache, that would be great.

you just need to grab your phone (i am using an android phone) and copy the mario run folder from the internal storage to your pc, should be named com.nintendo.zara, once you copied the entire folder you just open AssetStudio and load everything, export accordingly as you would with common unity models. Ripping from cache, of course, means you need to have at least once at any point (without uninstalling the game) whatever you want to extract on screen, if after all these years you still haven't seen all playable chars just playing online should be fine too.
