I’m not sure if the models CAN be ripped in the first place considering the eye textures are apparently UV data from CryEngine, meaning there is no source of it on the internet.
I am guessing this because a ripper (SonicKonga) actually ripped the game’s models on his DeviantArt but the eye UV textures are from a different game (Sonic Gens or Unleashed.) However the models are in this post, so I don’t know if I was lied to or not.
The only way that I can think to get the models on tMR is go to Custom/Edited and either me (if I ever learn to even make a Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy model in the first place), or someone else which is good enough to make it for us.
I am just guessing, so it is obviously fine if I am wrong.
And also, there is the Sonic Dash 2: Sonic Boom models.
