Pikmin 3 Animation help

So for the past few days I have wanted to use some pikmin 3 models and animations in unity and when I import the model and animations into blender it just breaks. The thing is that it look normal in switch toolbox but once I import it that's when it breaks. If you guys could provide any help with this that would be amazing. Some things to note are this is a mod that replaces Charlie with the pikmin 2 president but the vanilla game has the same problem. I also export the model as a .dae file and then convert it with autodesk fbx converter to a fbx and export the animations as a .smd file. I will provide pictures so yall can get a look at this aswell (ps I used the idle animation as an example)
