I'm not a Tekken or a fighting game expert. Have played some of the series though (2,3,6,7, Dark Resurrection, Tekken Tag 1 HD & 2, 3D)...
Tekken 3 did have a mode called Tekken Force where that was a beat 'em up similar to Final Fight and Streets of Rage. Still remember the voice of "CHICKEN". This was added to the PS1 version as the original arcade did not have this mode. Tekken 4, 5 and 6 did have a beat 'em up mode (6 is pretty much the story mode) but they are stuck on the PS2, PS3 or 360. The PSP version of Tekken 6 removed it and Tekken Dark Resurrection (the PSP version of 5, later got a PS3 release) dropped it as well. It's not on the Switch as there are no Tekken games on there.
Tekken 7 does not have this mode and currently no info on the upcoming Tekken 8 but looks unlikely. I think Bandai Namco is focusing more on the online fighting and esports like Capcom have done with Street Fighter. For modern consoles, your only hope isĀ if Tekken 3 makes it onto PlayStation Plus Classics if you have a PS Plus Premium subscription, as it is an emulated version of the PS1 game.
In short, nope.
