Okay, I got in. Seems like you just have to write a short post and ask for account verification (a simple "Hi" doesn't seem to be enough).

Used the search bar and typed drtester, clicked on a post from nikoabovethelaw who also asked for tools and saw this answer:

Yes, nikoabovethelaw was my pseudo  So yeah once you're on the discord there's a lot of good tools. I've found what I needed with the Cv5.2 app. Works great. I'm currently working on extracting a few sprites. I'll post them once it's done.
