I would do that, but there is a problem. Of the files I have renamed, I haven't kept track of the original numbers, so I don't know which ones came from which folder anymore. I suppose I could guess, but that would likely result in some errors and mixed up ones. Now I don't really know what to do 
All I can think of would be to either start over from scratch and keep the numbers this time which would be really painful, but I think the splits were rather arbitrary originally anyway, since they clearly weren't uploaded with any intent of being sorted - that's why I was hoping I could upload them as separate archives until I remembered that rule.
