You'll need to get hold of the .wad files somehow (They have been archived on the internet, I promise!) and then either muck around with the files within the .wad itself, or use the Dolphin emulator along with NinjaRipper to rip them that way.
Dolphin + NinjaRipper will likely be simpler, given how many, many, many formats could have been involved with WiiWare titles, but it will only give you static files you'll have to re-rig/T-Pose manually. Up to you if what you're after is worth that compared to having to dig into the file structure itself, but that should get you started. Good luck!
