Hopefully it's not a faux pas to necro this, but I might have some helpful info. On this page, "Imaginary Z" claims to have figured it all out, and provides a few scant details. Unfortunately, there's no contact info that I could find, but I did see one post where someone mentioned Imaginary Z 10 years ago (and then dropped off of the forum themself). If anyone still on the site today knows where to find Imaginary Z, perhaps they could crack this open for us? If not, maybe something on that page is useful to someone with a bit more knowledge than me...
