Basically, your ban meter. If it reaches 100%, you're off the site. Most warnings usually go down over time.
I remember one time RTB gave me a 30% warning for... what was it? It was probably spamming. I forgot. It went away after a month or so. (Thank you, by the way.)
I'm pretty sure any rule break between "semi-minor" (requesting after a mod told you not to) to "kinda big" (harassment) fills up the meter. Small stuff (like if you were new and didn't know that asking "When are we getting new stuff" is a request) usually won't do it unless you keep going after the mods tell you it is.
