I recall Action Hero 3D using Mascot Capsule v3 for most of the 3D assets (which you can find a partially functional converter here: https://github.com/j2me-preservation/MascotCapsule)
But EruptionST doesn't have any documentation (nor preserved tools) on the model formats.

Even at the KeitaiWiki are clueless about EruptionST inner working.

I checked the tool on GitHub, but it seems that the Mascot Capsule v3 format is different from the EruptionST version. From what I know, EruptionST is the latest version of Mascot Capsule and uses other formats, such as *.mcms for 3D models. From what I’ve discovered, the .mcms is written in blocks.
