Hi. I have found some solutions to my problems, but I can't recommend them with 100% confidence:
I couldn't figure out how to open the .PSY animation format, but I assume it's a proprietary file format, likely an abbreviation of Psygnosis. So I had to extract the animations manually. Fortunately, the Unz emulator allows you to pause the game by pressing the F2 key, and by briefly holding it, you can advance the game frame by frame.
Important! The colors in the emulator and Tileggd are different.
I couldn't parse the .MAP file either, but pausing the game and using save states helped solve this issue.
Save states don't work correctly: when loading a save, transitioning to another level becomes impossible. This is probably related to the moments when the game starts loading data from the disk.
Videos can be recorded using OBS and other programs.
I recorded the sound effects using another emulator – Tsugaru. It allows separate audio recording and the ability to stop the CD soundtrack (using the Stop CCDA command).
The sample files are located in the same folder as the game itself:
