This article is sound but it doesn't seem to have much direction. You touch on a few different subjects - is it right to sell a former-freeware game, what makes a good (or successful) indie game - but you don't go into much depth.
I mean, the rundown of Bobs fiasco is starting to get there but you mostly just state what happened and ask a question; I'd suggest drawing more comparisons between cave story and bobs game, rather than just describing one and then describing the other.
