Patience.
I think you use too many hues, and I also think the bros look strange (walking animation). In the animation, you seem to have only moved the legs and not the backside (it seems to have disappeared). The proportions seem a little off (hat/head), and the lineart could do with some polishing/smoothening (less jagged, maybe AA).
