I use animget
It takes a screenshot every 10 milliseconds or when motion is detected on the window
which save in a shots folder on your desktop.
Then i take the .bmp images and pull them out one by one in photoshop :]
Then compile them onto a sheet and save it as a .png
what game are you trying to rip?
i could maybe give you a small tutorial haha.
