That's a recolor. All You did was slightly edit the glasses, add some.. white hair below the hat, messed up the tips of the hat a bit, and everything else is recolored.

Well, she IS a Magikoopa. There's nothing wrong with edits as long as they're good, and this is shaping up to be a pretty good edit.
