I'm now hunting down how to extract the graphics. If I find anything, I'll let you know.
From what I've found on my hunt: HCS is a sound file, and HSI is a graphics file.
I'm now looking into it even more - I'll tell you once I manage to view HSI.
MORE UPDATEZ:
hsc holds the sprite data - if you open the .spr file in notepad it'll tell you that.
I'll look into the hsc files now.
