Yeah, really. Yesterday I showed the concept to my roommate, the only FFIX fan I ever met... And she enjoyed the reject concept better! Found the disc with those long-forgotten stuff the other day.
Here, let me show you:


The would-bes Zidane and Garnet


Bahamut and Leviathan as jobs. There are also artworks of Titan and Shiva, maybe they would be regular summons. Titan is the same as ever, but Shiva looks like a sylph, fairy, imp, something like that. There are also artwork of the main characters using traditional jobs, like Black Mage, White Mage and stuff.


This Garland would be awesome


Pure yellow pwnage reject! Just a blasphemy.

In other hand, the reject FFX looked like a "What if FFXI Online and Phantasy Star actually had a child together?", and it wasn't a good thing.

Sorry if I strayed too much away from the topic, but this rejected concept is too good to be forgotten.
