excellent, but you did it wrong.
open up no$gba
go to the emulation options and change the GBA-NDS mode to "VGA (poppy bright)"
then take a screenshot and change the colors in photoshop.
yeah, nocash likes to add a blue tint to the screen to simulate/soften the DS colors and not present them in their entirety.
