Edit: And Rtb, I just took a couple sprites from a Boss I might rip, and this is how you want every pose right? I mean, I did these 2 poses, but it takes an awfully long time. Is there a quick way? Lol. I think I'm doing it a slower way.

Yeah. Kinda like that, but for a quicker way... Well, the way I have it (copying and pasting each sprite, then removing the tags) works well for me. As for the problem you're having... are you using "Paste as Transparent Selection"? That might be what's taking away some parts of the sprites. Try using "Paste As New Selection". You're not going to lose your transparency that way.

As for how you can tell which monster is which (in response to Carpaccio's question), I guess you could use deMSwZ to open up the MapleStory's Strings.wz and view each monster's ID and name, but... That's a program that people use for hacking MapleStory, so don't use it for that purpose, m'kay?
