not entirely. we'd have people going like that even if it isn't on the reqeusts board.
I can understand people who can't sprite and would like some one to do it for them. But I don't understand why we should up a "you got to have __# amount of posts in order to be here" thing just because they don't contribute.
Plus, on top of that people who did request something can use that for refrence if they start spriting in the near future.
