can there be a crash bandicoot custom/edited folder thing

i love to custom and edit crash bandicoot sprites and i just want to make sprites for a website and i play the games all the time so i want to make crash team racing sprites and others but is it alright for me to make them

First submit it to sprite discussion forum and when it's good enough you can submit it to the site
