Bowser's inside story rip help!

I'm making a sprite sheet, but I need help, how I can rip them T_T.
I have Bowser's inside story USA rom, if it helps...

Usually if you have a question, it helps to do a bit of research first. Note that the game is already being ripped as a project - so they could probably tell you how:
