These are literally my first scratched/devamped/custom sprites ever, so they might look terrible.

Phantoon's arms are a little* too big
*emphasis on little
way too much colors to be 8-bit.

Um... Draygon looks like a mutant shark, Phantoon looks like a mutated Metroid, and Crocomire looks like a resize job. If you're trying to meet NES Metroid style, it would help if you actually looked at the various NES enemies and compare them against the Super Metroid versions.
Then maybe you'll have something to go on when trying to make Super Metroid-only creatures fit NES Metroid style.

Have you ever seen how many colors the stuff has on Metriod, I say it looks very good just the characters have arms that are too big.
