I know the right hand's facing to the side, but you could let the other fingers show a bit. (kinda looks like a claw. )
The tail also looks somewhat akward, you should leave a little empty space between the tail and hiim/her. Or, make the tail thinner.
Lastly, you should smoothen out the ears.

Other than those, its all perfect!
