There is literally no point in drawing if you're not going to push to be the best you can possibly be at it. If you settle, you stagnate, and you will learn nothing and still be churning out the same shit a few years down the line.

It doesn't matter if you're doing this with regards to a career or if it's just a hobby; if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right, and if you're exhibiting it online then you're opening yourself to comments.

I think there might be a language barrier here that's making things worse, but that's only a tiny problem; the big problem is that your attitude sucks, a lot.

An artist is like a flower.
If you want to grow, you need to get covered in shit.

That means you have to accept your failings and learn to overcome them, and you have to want to do it. If you're not going to take your own work seriously, don't expect us to take your work seriously, either.
