the 'ru' should be added in words like 'loom', 'ruby'..., but 'hatcher' shouldn't because its sound isn't as near than the final 'r' sound. Thus, you use 'ā' to represent the sound.

one of the things I like about japan is the japanese pronunciation of english words
it's cool because they can do it in all japanese and still speak english (using hiragana)
I suppose romaji is the same thing but the other way around
