in other words, its probably not going to happen that someone will rip these for you so you can make a flash movie,
UNLESS you really show quality in said movie, wich might drag people's interest. otherwise, if you're just on your first time using macromedia, then you'd have a far better chance to get them on your own.

I would never make crappy low-quality videos. I thought the point of the Request page was for people to help you out. If no one's going to help me out, then would someone please tell me how to rip them so I can do it myself?

The only reason I made this request because the sprites are not on the SR and no one has ripped or thought about ripping them. Honestly though, I have no prior knowledge or experience on ripping sprites. If I did, I would not have made this request.
