last time I tried spriting i failed (i seem to vary in my own styles too much, though the Magnet was boss)

I've made a custom class for Fire Emblem beta named 'Fighter Monk' it's a heavily edited Ross Sprite, I have the sheet, and put them in animated fashion to show how they work, the order of animating is, Normal Attack(red) Dodge(blue) Critical (Blue)

of course tell me what should be fixed and such.

Here's what you should work on: Animation flow, and individual sprite connection towards the next frame.

I made a edit on how I think it should look like. I edited 2 sprites for you and added 1 new sprite. (Excluding the Flashing Red enemy)

thank you i see what you mean, I'm gonna edit the sheet, I wont use yours exactly,(becuase then it wouldn't be mine now would it?) but I'm gonna use it as an idealistic base.

You're right, base it off something like it. Other than the animation and blurred sprites, the edit looks good overall.
