Is Milo playable?

From what I can tell no. In the 2nd level, he just stays in this one spot and walks back and forth. I don't know if you can get to him or not, but I plan on trying sometime later today.

According to this, Milo is an item.

Something that I found, apparently Venom was going to be a playable character (according to the beta) but it was changed to the final boss instead.

I think that I'll do a few more things for the project.
