It is better, but it's still not there yet.
The yellow of the bulborb needs to be much brighter. It needs to be almost skin color-ish, and not as orange or dark yellow as it is.

Your palettes are improving, but still not good enough.
The yellow pikmin is still too much of a puke color, and the contrast on the blue pikmin's shades is waaaay too high.

Here's a quick edit.
Mine is on top, your is on the bottom. The colored section is for a darker background.


I made the yellow pikmin's palette better. (Though the darkest shade could be a bit darker)
I made the bulborb's palette a little better, though it still doesn't follow the ref. The yellow needs to be much brighter.

So you still need to lower the amount of contrast on the blue pikmin, especially on the highlight. That lighjt blue shade is waaaaaaaay too bright for the other colors.

I cept the nose the way it is becuse the point of it was to be shorter than usual and weird looking.

well, i tried, but they didn't turn out so well. anyway, besides the buds and flowers, does that mean I can start a sprite sheet of the pikmin?
