Im having a trouble picking up the style, and I didnt get much C+C on it in the Prism topic nor gym leader topic.

The legs are too short and the shading makes the knees look unnaturally low.

the coat looks really flat and unnatural, and so does the hat. why are the lines of his chest showing through both his shirt and the coat? surely it's not THAT tight.

for the coat, I'd have it spread out away from him at the bottom, and not toward.

the hat has no real definition...does it have a brim? use the shading to help define shapes. right now it just looks like a flat piece of cloth with a bump at the top.
