are we done licking ass now

the sky looks really pillowed (even more so the further away you get from the part where the light is coming from)
and extremely pixelled
clouds should look smooth not like a choppy blob of pixels
watch me get downrepped multiple times for this post

the light source isnt reflected over the clouds either(unless thats fog, in wich case it shouldn't be as strong as it looks).
given the highligh on the sea, the moon is not placed on the horizont but next to the tower on the back.
with such a powerful light source, the structures on the land should show some sort of reflection towards it.
and a lot of these colors are rather useless.

you could use a lot of them to make the clouds look like clouds

This could probably legitimately be done in 8 to 12 colors, to be honest. Most of your colors are used for tweening or overshading your objects, and to be frank, I don't really like how some of it looks.

The landmass seems to be the best part of this image- the AA is done well, the shape is nice, and it's altogether pretty good. I feel like the light being cast from the clouds should at least give some sort of impression upon the landmass, along with the tower, and some more detail should be impressed upon places where it would be beneficial, such as the tower, the front of the landmass, and the left side of the largest peak.

The clouds, however, are literally my least favorite part. They lack any sort of pixel technique and altogether look mainly like a ton of scribbly lines done in twenty different colors supposedly portraying a bleak sky. The clouds look alright around the area in which the light is shining, but out from this point they begin to lose any pixel-perfect control and things begin to fall into the category of being jagged and sketchy, losing the "dark clouds" feeling I believe you were aiming for.

Altogether, this shows promise. It's got some nice areas and some bad areas. I personally believe you should work more on precise pixel placement in order to view each cluster as a whole and have it portray the image you're going for.

Keep it up.

It's amazing due to the effort, but like the others said, cutting down some colors would do good, looks too blurry and pillowed.
