I can already see some improvement. Though
you have yet to start on the overall shading of the
head.

From here on in, I will add all my finished sprites and possible WIP sheets for my own character, wich had a makeover. However, specie wise, he's still a robo. type wise, a Gizoid. (though all weapons/old data was moved from the origional has moved to him) However, Pixel Art colors/helmet (the thing he has on the forhead) may be inacurrate. More may come later. (So will avatar change) Credit to JoshR or whoever made the buttons used in this sheet.

@ Gaia: Good idea. It gets easy to see their poses and angles during New Mode + playthroughs, since you can just defend when in battle, but you have to make sure NOT to kill your foes when Ambushing them (as that'll almost always happen...).

I came in here expecting sprites of overalls.

Oh, and you got the style wrong. + only one B in Sonic Battle.

Oops, the only time I forget to add what it stands for. Tongue *has recently added them*

It's actually short the Smash Bros spriting style. *Points to the two S'es in the style name*

@Miles07: Mabye sometime later when I convert Emerl to a AT in the Fantasy Smash Proj.

I've been taking it slow on this one, not rushing too much, taking time, and avoiding pontential errors. I have been slowly working on the head. See Attachment below.

Part by part... At least you ARE making progress.

EDIT: I have, actually, ripped pictures of some of the Nocturnus characters from the Sonic Chronicles website (US) for references. See if these will help, Gaia.

Well, I have started to expand the head a little, taking advantage of the unshaded head. (note that the symbol is not on the normal's head yet)

The symbol is still a WIP though. See attachment below. That could help, Miles, but let me finish the head first to see if I can re-do it first. And Imageshack and photobucket is a no for sprites/images, pictures tend to expire there if left for a prolonged period of time. try Tinypic or something.
