don't bother, every cell in my body tells me you have no idea what are you actually looking for. and even if you find one, you wont even be able to do it.
and the world doesnt need more sonic fan characters.

the reason i need a tutorial is for these reason:
1.i plan on programming a sonic battle game for pc.
2.the charecters i was going to use it for were some starcraft GUEST charecters.
here's is an atempt to make a terran marine.( http://www.spriters-resource.com/communi...?tid=12482)
now,do see why i was requsting a tut?

You don't need tutorials. Study the style yourself.

i believe making a terran marine in sonic Battle's style is goal quite far from your spriting skills now.
since you're already making the coding, i believe it would be a way better idea to tag along with someone who already knows or has more experience, you don't need to do it all by yourself(not like you shouldn't, but it would be way more productive, that if, you have quality in mind).
even in the worst scenario(by that i mean, no one gives a damn about a starcraft-themed sonic battle fangame), you should try to edit the existing sprites on your own. and look for help on forums focused on sonic sprites.

Before attempting to program a game, you should first improve your grammar and spelling skills, dude. Coding is a precision chore after all.

That's funny,I used to have fine grammar.
Then i became a programmer,And then my grammar went down the drain.
Why,Because in most coding styles caps aren't used for ANY commands.
That good enough grammar?
But really,I use Game maker and am rather good at it so,I think i'm ok on the code side. But yeah,I'm not the best spriter,
But i should be able to manage.

Maybe you should try the big robots as bases, like Omegas/Gammas/Whatever-Greek-Alphabet-You-Find, not a skinny small Sonic. Sonic IS small if you compare him with regular human beings at his games, and I believe the marines would be HUGE thanks to their armors.
The shading needs some heavy work too, but try to fix everything else before moving on.
