Hello there, let me point some stuff out for you:
We from tSR are happy to accept submissions, no matter if it's a custom or just a rip. However, in customs and edited case we ask to first post your work at sprite discussion for comments, critiques and improvement before posting it at submissions
The case is your sprites are obviously made with Paint. There's no problem with that, except it's easy to see there was no real effort on this one. If I just move this thread to sprite discussion you're going to have a hard time. So I'm going to close this thread. Have a nice day ;p
