Um, The font on the icons is too big. Try Verdana size 9, and I suggest "Intro" as a title.

Ok. There already are sheets called "Intro", however they're after starting a new game.

Yes. Empoleon, Monferno or Turtwig don't have "special sprites".
Torterra, Infernape and Empoleon also appears as in-game sprites along with leaves, fire and bubbles animations, but these don't seem to be rippable. However, I discovered that both are in the Main/Sub BG 0 layer. If viable, I can make a sheet with all the animation's frames.
