Black and White Metroid (Updated)

I get really bored sometimes. I downloaded a game called Hero Core. The style inspired me to make these:

Ignore the Kraid and Zoomer, I already made a new Zoomer and someone else asked if they can make a new Kraid. I'm currently working on the Norfair enemies and trying to figure out how I will set up the tiles.
C&C would be aprreciated!

Readable? Forgive me, I don't know what you mean. Do you mean they're too small?

What I mean is that they don't quite look like Samus or a Shriekbat because of the way you put the pixels down. Let me make an edit, I'll give it a try:

EDIT: Almost finished the Norfair enemies and I added the new Zoomer.
