I would very seriously consider using a photo reference.
I think you should lower the eyes and ears a bit, they seem to high up.
Also put the eyes closer to the nose.

After i posted it i realized that it wouldnt fit. plus i wouldnt want to make a second Saria topic.

well one thing i would suggest is to stop drawing anime and lern2realism but im sure ill be burned at the stake for that
learning some simple head anatomy rules would really make this easier for you
