I like horror films so I dedicated my time to making a cheap horror film monster.
It's a goblin...It think...
It's not from a game or anything though just a basic arche-type.

jagged lines, use a less eye-burning color for background, looks very flat.

I would suggest adding some shading in there, personally I think it's abit dark as it is, a slightly lighter skin color would do the trick for me.

I also think adding some details in there would help improving the piece in general! (scars, wrinkles and such)

aand, the red lines in the eyes looks very unnatural to me

Yeah, Its just an opening nothing special.
The Shading will come soon, and the skin will most likely be fixed.
